Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • 72 hours prior to arrival after that 100 percent retention will be charged.
  • 100% booking amount prior 15 days of arrival date.
  • If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
  • Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
  • In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm.
